Before booking a captioner, ensure your profile is complete and a payment method is added.
1. Update Your Profile
Go to Settings and fill out the following:
Personal Info – Your name, email, and contact details
Public Info – What captioners will see when you book
Organization Info – Your company or team details (optional)
2. Add a Payment Method
In Settings > Payment Method:
Click to open the Open Stripe Dashboard
A new Stripe tab will open—follow the prompts to add your payment method.
Now you're ready to book captioners!
