SnapCap makes it easy to book a professional captioner in just a few steps. Here's how:
1. Sign In to Your Account
Go to snapcap.co and log in. If you don’t have an account yet, sign up first.
2. Set Your Meeting Details
Enter the date, start time, and duration of your meeting. This will help SnapCap match you with available captioners.
3. Choose a Captioner
Browse captioner profiles, check their experience and qualifications, and click Book next to the one you want to hire.
4. Update Your Booking Info
You’ll be asked to fill in more details about your event:
Event Type
Host Email
Event Information & Link
Connection Instructions (Optional)
Name of Speakers (Optional – helps with caption accuracy)
Documents (Upload any helpful materials like slides or agendas)
Transcript Option (Choose to receive a cleaned-up transcript post-event)
5. Review and Confirm
Double-check all the info, then click Confirm Booking.
6. Check Your Bookings
Your meeting will now appear under Upcoming Bookings on your dashboard. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
