You can cancel your booking and receive a full refund if you do so at least 48 hours before the meeting. Cancellations made after this time, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that your Captioner has an emergency and needs to cancel at the last minute, we’ll work to find a replacement or offer a full refund if one cannot be found.
