What Happens if the Meeting Runs Over Time

If your meeting is anticipated to run beyond the scheduled time, you may ask your Captioner if they can extend their time. Many Captioner are booked with other work and won’t be able to stay beyond the contracted time. If you anticipate overages, the extra time will be billed in 15-minute increments at the captioner's hourly rate.
